Fantastic Hotel...I have visited this Hotel numerous times over the last few weeks as I have been travelling with work Colleagues staying and using the numerous suites available and can very highly recommend.nAll of the Hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable and spacious. Lovely Food was served in the Seasons Restaurant, all Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful.nI would like to say a massive thank you to Beverley who was exceptional, always friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond in making sure our stay was enjoyable and something we all really appreciated..we will definitely return due to such an excellent overall experience so thank you.
It's OK, but no better than a Premier Inn.nnOK the place looks impressive with a few fancy ornaments, and bit of nice decor but that's about it.nnThe place is ridiculously expensive for food and drink. There are no soft drinks on draft, so a pint of coke will set you back an eye watering £8+. A burger and chips is about the cheapest thing on the menu at £19.50.nnThe restaurant was closed during my stay apparently due to lack of guests so the poor bar staff were having to serve the entire hotel in the tiny bar area. The bar area obviously didn't have enough seating, and the seating that's in there is not really adequate for eating from. The tables are low with armchairs!nnThe staff by the way are excellent, so polite and friendly, and can't do enough for you. However, I can't help feeling they're being let down by their management. I mean, who decides to shut a restaurant and put their staff under such pressure?nnWouldn't recommend, and won't use this hotel again.
Lovely clean and spacious rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. I've only knocked a star off as I feel the resteraunt menu was a little limited although the food I had was nice enough.
Went there for a qedding and the bar was hardly staffed at all. Overpriced for a Hilton brand hotel. Shabby looking interior but excellent outside garden.nNot worth a 4 star rating for a hotel. More an overpriced 3 star.
Staff were amazing, heating wasn't working they brought me a portable heater and served me breakky in my room as i had to checkout early. Needs a bit of an update and a EV charger
