Beautiful hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Loved seeing the ferry come in from the bedroom window. Food was served promptly and was very good.

Gorgeous hotel right on the pier. Food is really delicious and affordable. Rooms are light and modern and perfect for two. Really recommend this beautiful gem.

Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere & delicious food. Had two meals in the bar on a two week holiday to Harris. On the second visit the welcome from the young manager (I pressure) at the bar couldn't have been warmer and more accommodating - even though we turned up in the middle of a Scotland vs Lithuania match and he had his hands full! All staff were extremely polite and helpful and served us in the same manner as if we had been the only people they had to look after that night. The bar food was delicious on both occasions and we would highly recommend this for a family meal out or for couples/groups of any age.

Excellent location for the early morning ferry. Lovely room with view of the harbour, but at the price wouldn't expect anything less. Downside was that even though we checked in only an hour after check in opened, the restaurant was fully booked. Option was available for a bar meal but you can't book a time slot. Ended up with room service and was a pleasant meal. In short an expensive but nice hotel
