I recently visited the aylesford store looking for particular shades of grey to decorate my son's nursery. David from the painting department spent a large amount of time helping me pick the right ones. He was very patient with me and I am thrilled with the colours I have picked from the colour chart David showed me. The result is great and I am very happy with David and the help he gave me. One very happy customer!

I bought a Chininea from Homebase 5 weeks ago which cracked with the heat. I returned it for a refund which was dealt with very professionally by their customer services. Good company, good management, good service.

Absolutely top class service received by an in-store manager called Craig today . Had purchased a shelf at another Homebase store which I struggled to assemble. Popped into Aylesford Store to ask for assistance/suggestions & Craig offered to take the shelf for assembly & to call me back when ready. Received a call back in less than an hour & Craig then loaded it up in the car for me when I returned to collect. Super- impressed.
