We ordered last March a 2 seater, armchair both with electric recliners and a poof in cream leather, when delivery men delivered it they unpacked it all out in the lorry, I asked them why and one said it saved having the mess in the house....both damaged. A guy came out tried to rectify it sorted the armchair but made the 2 seater sofa worse so then came and took the whole part of the damaged side of the 2 seater away. It came back a complete different colour cream. They then said we’ve got a good idea... the old cover that was damaged in the first place we can strip that down and hopefully that will be it (what a joke) well it came back like a bit of old plastic it looked disgusting. So now I’m not happy, we are now waiting on a whole new suit it’s been just over a year and still waiting. Will never go back the after care is disgusting 😬

£59 delivery even if you only want one item and they won’t transfer it so you can collect from store. Then on top of this my delivery was 2 hours late after I sat in all day waiting for them! Not impressed.
