I don't know what it is with the biggellswade store but every time I go there for something it's out of stock . IE plumbing items, sharp sand ,cement, and even hardware. Travel to B&Q instead if I was you as the shelfs are fully stocked there .
Not a bad homebase. Doesn't have a lot of real DIY stuff as you'd expect to find at B and Q or wickes but good for paint and other little bits.
A good sized store. The car park can get busy. Everything you would expect to find in this kind of store. Reasonably stocked. A large paint section.
Excellent staff, very helpful, but it's so cold in store it's a really uncomfortable place to shop. I wanted to browse in the kitchen and bathroom section but was too cold to hang around.
Looking for some door knobs, found them all to be very pricey and low in quality. Very poor selection but tubed polyfilla was reasonable
Homebase really need to sort their click and collect service out. Staff must be really fed up with apologising when orders have been placed and paid for online only to have to cancel them because they dont have the items in stock not their fault or select wrong items which have to be refunded.
The stores customer service is poor , the attitude to customers is disgusting. Tickets are marked at reduced prices and filled with the same stock as ticket which the store blame customers for doing so. I won’t be buying anything in Homebase again
An amazing selection and large range of expensive goods. They have everything you need- because no one else has bought it at that price. If you're desperate, they have it. If you're not then look elsewhere. Customer service was good, except the cranky lady in the garden area that begrudged helping people find what they needed.
No staff on the floor only at checkout very young and have no idea about what things you may Need or were to find them , after queuing was told its card payment only .
Poor stock availability had to drive to Bedford wickes, which was very well stocked
