The staff were perfectly pleasant for the five minutes I engaged with them . However, having detailed my requirements to them over the phone before travelling there, not once did they mention they don't carry ANY clothing in a 36 chest. So having wasted my time and money visiting, I was met with an entirely fruitless experience. It seems they don't feel the slimmer gentlemen deserve fine tailoring! They could only suggest second rate, high street fashion retailers as an alternative when I was clearly looking for quality clothing in a classic and timeless style. Overall a jolly poor show and I shall not be returning and, if you happen to be below a 40 inch chest, I suggest you don't bother either!

I visited the store after looking at some Meyer trousers on their website. I hadn't bought this brand before so thought I would try them for size. The staff were very helpful and quickly found me the right size and colour. Very satisfied with the whole experience!
