We had our Stag bedroom furniture delivered last week. We knew it would be challenging for the guys to navigate our small cottage but they did it. The service from from Alison is always spot on, she never rushes us & it's always a joy to see her. We weren't expecting the furniture until late December so to have it early is a bonus. We are delighted with all the items that we bought & the quality is superb. A big thank you to all the Hatters team, first class good old fashioned service, Mr & Mrs Sparrow.
Great place to shop and feels very "upmarket". They are happy for you to browse, but assistance is just a nod away. Had some good advice about the electric bed I was looking for. Claytons, within the store has fab clothing, unfortunately the shoes my husband wanted were not in stock in his size.
Not sure what Bedford really see’s in Hatters. No prices on their website is a tad secretive for a business. You can get the same products & services, and better prices from DFS, Furniture Village, Wren for Kitchens, Bensons for Beds for mattresses & bases, and Tapi for flooring. Just a crow masquerading as a peacock at their customers expense it seems to me with a more upmarket appeal Sales staff over dressed with three piece suits & ties! it’s 2022. Lovely showroom and polite staff must be said but that does not warrant Hatters astronomically high pricing.
Fabolous store with differents franchises inside. It caughts my attention Clayton's with suits for kids. Interesting collection of kitchen utensils and handmade ornaments.

Mark is very good and worth asking for if you are in store and buying some furniture, he was quick and effective and gave good aftercare also. Pleasure to do business with. Thank you!
Not a customer focused business. Full of their own self importance. Very disappointed with their attitude in the flooring department. Not the cheapest or good value.
Always helpful but not pushy staff who give advice when asked but are happy to stand aside whilst you ponder. Great choice of furniture, flooring, kitchens and bedrooms
