I recently visited the MUSE Brasserie in Bristol, and was so pleased with my experience! The food was absolutely delicious and had a wonderful variety. Every single dish that I ordered was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The staff were amazing as well; they made sure that every one of my requests were met, and provided great service throughout the meal. They accommodated to my egg and nut allergy very well, checked everything I would want. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a fantastic dining experience.
If you're looking for a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary, Muse Brasserie is the place to be. From the moment you step inside this exquisite restaurant, you'll be transported to a world of culinary delights that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you craving for more - all thanks to the amazing team, including the incredible mixologist Sonny and amazing restaurant manager Lara. To start off the evening, Sonny's Smoked Sidecar Cocktail was the perfect choice. It was a tantalizing blend of flavors that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. And Lara's warm welcome made us feel instantly at home. As for the amuse-bouche soup, it was nothing short of a masterpiece - a beautiful and delicate dish that set the stage for the rest of the meal. The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience was truly impressive. Next up, my girlfriend and I shared the Beetroot Tikki, a dish that we had never tasted before. And boy, were we blown away! The outstanding blend of flavors was simply sensational, and we couldn't help but savor every bite. The Cheese Souffle - or, as I like to call it, a cheesy marshmallow - was a heavenly combination of cheesy goodness and melt-in-your-mouth texture that left me utterly speechless. The Moules Et Frites were also a standout - fresh, succulent mussels paired with perfectly cooked fries made for a truly unforgettable dish. And last but not least, the beef cheek - As the night progressed, I had the distinct pleasure of indulging in the Beef Cheek dish, and what a dish it was! The meat was so soft and tender that it simply melted in my mouth, leaving me feeling absolutely mesmerized. The flavors were expertly balanced, with a richness that was perfectly complemented by the subtle sweetness of the honey-roasted vegetables that accompanied it. The Beef Cheek was the perfect example of culinary perfection - expertly cooked, expertly seasoned, and expertly served. It was clear to me that the chefs at Muse Brasserie take great pride in the dishes they prepare, and it was evident in every bite I took. In summary, Muse Brasserie is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience. From the exceptional menu to the impeccable service, everything about this restaurant is truly world-class - thanks to the incredible team led by Sonny and Lara. I cannot recommend it highly enough - go check it out for yourself and prepare to be amazed!
Fantastic find for lunch, very quiet probably because they've only just opened but the service, food and setting were perfectly on point. Delicious flavours, excellent presentation and matched wine. Definitely go you won't regret it!

Excellent experience. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food, well priced and varied wine list. I had the lamb special - beautifully presented, delicious. Decent selection of veggie and fish dishes. Staff attentive but not too much. Spectacular cocktails. Nice roomy venue, highly recommend. And the chef came out personally to check we enjoyed everything which was a nice touch.
Really lovely new restaurant with a great ambiance, professional and attentive staff, and a superb Indian French fusion menu. The Thali could have had stronger flavors and more varied texture but was a good size and was very well presented. The okra starter was large and really delicious. The wine selection is good and the wine by the glass is reasonable, with three sizes to choose from. The location is really central, just a block from the harbour, so perfect for a gorgeous dinner before an evening out, pre-theatre, or for no reason at all. The vibe is casual elegance. I predict we'll become regulars. Vegetarian options: Great veggie and vegan options
My partner picked Muse as his colleagues thoroughly recommended and his colleagues were spot on. The welcome was warm and sincere, and the restaurant has a nice layout. The front of house team are also observant and often answer the question before you’ve asked it which was a great touch! Great wine list and a French/Indian menu. we shared the white bait which was lovely there was lots of it and then I had the duck breast and my other half had the venison. He honestly still hasn’t stopped talking about the venison!!! Overall it was a lovely environment to enjoy our monthly date night and it’s nice Bristol are getting some new places to try!

We visited Muse last week and we were blow away by the food and service. Had a Wonderfull and colourful cocktail to start, the idea of having French and Indian food was great. Presentation was the best, staff knowledge and their effortless way to help was so refreshing, someone has a good recruitment /training system in place. It was lovely to see such a different choice of food on the menu, well done to all concerned and continued success. Already looking forward to a return visit. Vegetarian options: Spoiled for choice and a complete separate vegan menu
