Spoke to a young girl named Lauren on the telephone. Wonderful experience. She talked me through all the chipboard and MDF options and was very friendly. She seems to know a lot about construction and was so passionate about all the different types of wood. I would recommend talking to Lauren if you have any queries regarding cutting wood.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. A employe spoke to a lady like dirt just because she was returning a broken item she showed buy her facial expressions and tutting and marching around like a idiot she had no time for the poor lady. Disgusted just about said something but new I would regret what I would have said.
