I bought a rear light from this place!!..(NEBULA)..After a couple of weeks later I noticed it was struggling with charge...The light kept cutting out half through my ride in the dark!!!!..I phoned the shop to explain my experience with the light and the guy said he will have to send the light of to the factory basically to see if I was telling the truth...I said what about replacing the light and he said no..Glad to know the shop always thinks about safety on the road.....Won’t be going There again...Be aware!!!!!! Do not buy lights from this bike shop as they won’t replace them!!!!

Know next to nothing about repairing bikes. They checked mine over and simple repair for free. Great lads. Bought a few accessories while I was in. Well stocked place with good service.

Went in to get a specific Bontrager piece for my stem, not a sale piece. Your employee found one for me and gave it to me for free (didnt catch his name, 5pm ish on 5th Sept). A small gesture but an invaluable one for me, thank you. I didn't even buy anything - be assured that I will be back whenever I need to buy something from now on! Absolutely fantastic service.

Knowledgeable staff and good products. I was really impressed when I went in on a Sunday morning with a snapped gear cable, expecting to drop the bike off for a week. Instead they repaired it there and then and I was back on the road a few minutes later.
