My sister applied for uk visitors visa for her family. Her husband got it in 15 days but she got email saying’ there is some delay and we will contact you’ its been 15 days we haven’t heard what is going on? Do they need any document or any other information? Such a awaful service they have. They are slowest in visa processing. For my son it took 7 months to sort it out and the end they said the application has been missing. They don’t even had any idea how much mental stress they cause to people. Such terrible visa service
Well the home office has noticed that the Visa system is being abused, this us thanks to prime minister sunak, who gives visas to Indians from India to come to u.k to study but these Indians dont study in u.k but work illegally in the u.k with a study Visa.furst u need to get rid of rishi sunak send him back to India just like he is doing with the Rwandans.and spending taxpayers money on other countries such as Ukraine and Israel.he doesn't care about the British people. Rishi Is taking revenge on the British, when the British ruled india.kik sunak out.
I am posting on the Home Office site because Thames Valley Police HQ and Newbury police are apparently not accepting any more criticism amid their recent raft of disciplinary issues. I had originally wanted my grievance to be taken up by the IOPC, but was persuaded to let it drop because the police were supposedly doing a difficult job under difficult circumstances. However, when I saw they had given themselves a 5-star review and indicated their utter contempt for “the moaners”, I felt I had to make public just what kind of thing "the moaners" moan about.... Despite absolutely no evidence of any wrong-doing on my part, I was arrested by Newbury police ‘on suspicion’, automatically violating my human right to a presumption of innocence. Back at the custody reception area, I was assaulted while my hands were cuffed behind my back possibly rebreaking my shoulder, then had my biometric data harvested before being locked up for the night, violating several more of my so-called human rights; all on nothing stronger than the word of a vindictive, unhinged woman who routinely used the police as a weapon of domestic abuse which the police would have known if they recorded crimes of domestic abuse committed by women; but they don’t, because then their manufactured stats wouldn’t support their political agenda. The following morning she admitted lying just to get me arrested, at which point I should surely have been released immediately; perhaps my ex should have been put on record for making a false police report and warned against doing it again; but no: they gave her the phone number of a counselling service and then set about doing their best to fabricate a case against me. Annoyingly, during the course of the inquisition that followed it became apparent that I was actually an incredibly decent man who had bent over backwards to help this woman and her family, and in return had suffered intolerable abuse at the hands of herself and her lesbian daughter’s bullying, control-freak partner. I listed at least half a dozen actual crimes committed against me by them, as well as several petty incidents of sheer nastiness, but the champions of justice who had been so determined to send me to prison just for being a man suddenly didn’t want to get involved when the actual abusers turned out to be two maladjusted women. I find it astonishing that a police force so obviously lacking in integrity has so much discretion to pick and choose which laws to apply and which to ignore. Their justification was that the right result was achieved in the end: an innocent man walked free, as did two guilty women. Even if - by some stretch of some power-mad woman's imagination - that was the right result, the end does not justify the means. Your means are precisely why innocent people like me need human rights in the first place!
Refused to issue my friend with a passport despite him being a BRITISH CITIZEN born in the UK!! He now can’t travel anywhere outside of the UK. Disgraceful rude staff who don’t know anything!!!
What do you want UK VISAS AND IMMIGRATION? You want students to feel helpless and die of depression?? You have any idea how much your delay causes a person to self harm? You call for another interview after paying a hefty amount for a priority visa and then you don’t come to attend it???!!! What is this?! You think people are stupid and have all the time in the world to beg in front of you to give the visa? I don’t understand, how hard is it to grant a student visa! You take money, take our patience, take our time, and then go in a ghost mode?! No way we can contact you, no way where we can I actually physically come and talk! You should be behind the bars for harming students mental health and playing with it. You should take responsibility for it.
I am completely disappointed in the way Home Office works. I applied in 2022 and waited until the last day of 6 months and they refused me for a very unreasonable reason about my husband's income not meeting the requirements. While my husband's income is more than that. I then requested an appeal and the court approved the appeal successfully and asked them to reconsider from January 2023 until now 7 months has passed and I have not received any notice from them . So i'm waiting total near 2 years. An eerie silence on their part. I wonder what the government opened the interior ministry for? Are the interior ministry staff really doing their job well? How many families have been affected by your irresponsibility? Your irresponsibility and indifference have wasted the time, effort, money, and spirit of many people who wanted to reunite but you yourself prevented it. The life law of cause and effect spares no one! You will suffer the consequences for making people like us miserable, miserable and afraid every day about your damn visa.
Be aware that they will take your passport away and not give you any time frame on when you will get it back. They lied on the reason why my application experienced delays, they first blamed Covid, come on!! This is 2023, the pandemic is over!! And after I reached my local MP it was finally an IT issue that lasted months and months… They do not care about people and will treat you like you are totally stupid. I applied for a family visa 5 months ago and still waiting to get my passport back. I feel like a prisoner and not being able to go back to my home country if something happens to a family member is just unbearable. They shouldn’t be allowed to take your passport at all, I never saw a « procedure » like this before, this is against the human rights!
The Home Office claims that the British armed police are not for hire by the wealthy. Why, then, is the fabulously wealthy to the tune of £50 million Tony Blair, afforded round the clock protection by 12 armed Met police officers? In addition, providing him with armed police protection on his private enterprises abroad. Staying in 5* hotels costing the taxpayers millions of pounds per year!
Lazy employees on earth. They just raise new tickets everytime when we followup on old case. No escalation process and they conveniently keep tax payers hard earned money for years and if you somehow don’t follow up, it’s gone. They had not paid back our refund about two grand for more almost a year. We had to approach our local MP to get our own money back from them. They represent government and should be more empathetic and accountable
