We only stayed for the one night but wish we could have stayed longer. The food is lovely, the have a nice pool and a small area for exercising. The highlight was the staff who were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they all went the extra mile for us. I can't wait to visit again.

Not the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at. There is very little attention to detail. Not little things... I mean lack of tea and coffee, lack of enough towels and no salt and pepper with room service. I do not want to nitpick. The rooms were clean and the staff helpful, but I did not expect to have to request for help for things that take for granted.

Room was really nice. Small, but clean and tidy. Checking in though... One of the female mangers was laying into some poor guy saying "DONT SHOUT, YOU'RE NOT AT THE PUB!" Through hissed teeth, which was more disruptive than him calling over to a colleague. When I went to check in, the woman seemed confused that two men could possibly have booked a double bed, there must be done mistake! I assured her that it wasn't a mistake, that's it what I and my 14 year long gay partner wanted. It was a weird and awkward check in.. but the room was nice.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff I stay on a regular basis. When I'm here I'm working in central Stoke and it is easy to get to even though it's on the outskirts as it is right next to the M6. The food is good and the fact that it has a little gym makes all the difference for me and although it's small it's usually quiet and I don't have any problems using the machines which are always kept in good order

Loved staying here overnight. Served food until 11pm. Great if you're intending on going to the nearby Alton Towers. Reception, bar, restaurant, breakfast and housekeeping staff all very friendly and happy to help. Will most definitely be returning in the future.
