i was about to score it a 2 star because of the horrible smell of mould in the bathroom room 110, leading me to cough through the night . MAIN REASON, the rooms windows do not open , i cannot believe this growing trend in premier Inn!! also turned out that the bathroom extractor wasn't working, and the heating, set on 24 C was blowing out cold air all night. The only saving grace was the fantastic staff on reception who were very apologetic and offered me a free breakfast. i must also say that it's the BEST breakfast I've had in a very long time. i must mark it as a 3 star to highlight to the premier inn company as a whole that we NEED WINDOWS THAT OPEN FOR FRESH AIR TO CIRCULATE, especially the asthmatics amongsts us !!!

Was ok, staff in hotel n restaurant really friendly n lovely, room fine, just bed what's a killer, mattress too hard for me, n duvet bit thin. But easy to get to and suited us for 2 nights. Nice and quite as well

Pretty disappointing stay in one of their premier plus rooms. Felt empty and dirty, like it hadn't been properly cleaned for some time. Dirt and stains across basically all surfaces. Staff seemed a bit distracted and rude at reception, check-in took about 20 minutes.nBreakfast was average but to be expected.nWould definitely stay someone else next time.

As Australian retirees we were already stressed about finding our way around Britain in a rental car. That all changed when we met Abbie and Bridie. Their friendliness was infectious. They welcomed us with a no-nonsense check-in, easy parking on site, an appetising restaurant breakfast menu and clear explanations about our stay. Nothing was too much for them. We chose a Standard room which was well appointed, spacious, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Later we walked to other eating places and shops nearby. Our stay here was a delight. We thank you both.

Really good, loads of car parking which is free  the  hotel is split into to sections. I thought given the central location it would be noisy, I couldn't be any more wrong. Its super quiet and perfect location, retail parks and shops all surrounding. The staff member that booked me in on reception was super polite. Will stop here again if I was given the chance.
