3yr old hotel and is very much the same as other Premier Inns of that age. I think family rooms are standard now. Very roomy. Plenty of fluffy towels etc. The bed is just amazing. I have a shoulder problem, but had no pain all night. Food at the attached Brewers Fayre was good. Service a bit erratic, although to be fair there were 2 big parties in. Speedy check in (or do it online the day before) and check out

What a nice clean place. And check out was 12 o clock! Bliss! Friendly staff as we couldnt check in till after midnight. Great location loads of eating places across the road. Would visit again!

Nice rooms, clean, good sized bathrooms, although they failed to refill the toilet paper on our first day. Lovely big tv screens, bed ok, not overly comfortable, and only two pillows, could do with four for a double bed. Room got warm overnight and the air con didn't stay on, so in both rooms we had to get out of bed to switch it on again, as it was just too stuffy. Nice basic restaurant on site, with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has a large selection, which is a constantly refilled buffet style service. For this style of hotel it's a good four star.

Call in for meetings once/twice a week. Staff are always helpful, pleasant & friendly. Nothing seems too much trouble. Comfortable warm atmosphere.

Everyone was friendly and polite. Happy to help with signing in on our first day there. Clean kept rooms with amazingly comfy beds. Food at the adjoining Brewers Fayre which we enjoyed everyday.
