Great hotel. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful and the rooms are clean and spacious. Great meal deals attached with Brewers Fayre. Highly recommend the hotel and location. We stayed for 2 nights and visited Alton Towers. I would advise to book for breakfast and dinner. Carparking is complimentary when staying at the hotel, just register your vehicle details inside.

This is an excellent Hotel. It is a good location and very easy to find.nThe check in process was very smooth with very friendly and helpful staff.nThe Premier Inn Breakfast was very good indeed. It was a buffet Breakfast with well a good range of cooked hot items and a good range of breads to accompany it.nI would recommend staying here.

Really friendly hotel staff,  clean rooms with plenty of space. Good brewers fayre restaurant attached to the hotel. All within easy walking distance of the theatres in Hanley.  Definitely stay here again if we go to a show in the area.

Very nice convenient comfortable clean and affordable hotel, close to everything, and close to my friends house the bus and shops and Alton towers! I checked in the receptionist in the evening was fast in checking me in, Bridget was extremely  knowledgeable and friendly and compassionate and very very helpful and lovely. Went above and beyond in accommodating any needs I had or questions! The staff here is wonderful, very clean rooms and comfortable beds and the breakfast is awesome and affordable. Accommodations were affordable too. I highly recommend staying here five

A great friendly hotel, staff are amazing & always friendly & helpful. Rooms are good, beds are lovely & cosy as you would expect from a Premier Inn. The air conditioning system seems to work well too in this hotel. The only thing I wish we had was an openable window for some fresh air, but other than that. Can’t fault them. A great little hotel :-
