We had our wedding at the storyboard venue at Holiday Inn Shepperton. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, and made everything run very smoothly. We had a very pleasant experience. I would totally recommend. The venue itself is stunning. The rooms are modern and clean. Thanks Chris and the team.
I had to write a review. The hotel is so lovely. Gorgeous views of the water. The check in was 5 star service by Leo. The rooms were so clean. The breakfast staff so lovely didnt get the lady's name but had blonde hair 40-50 . The chef/cook was so hard working on his own .nMy son was doing a local marathon and Jacob on front desk and Callum ensured he could come back and get a shower before our 4 plus hour journey home. They made us so welcome ! The service we received made our trip so much better . 100% recommend this hotel . Thank you all
Absolutely wonderful stay here. Can’t find fault in anything. I needed easy access to my room which included a shower and not a bath A disabled parking bay close to the entrance. Our dog was made very welcome. A very comfortable bed, good internet access. The staff were lovely. Food was great, including a good selection of gluten free. It was perfect, I will definitely be staying here again.
I don't normally post reviews infact this may be my first.nI travel a lot for work and as such have stopped in hotels throughout the UK and I can honestly say this is the single worst hotel stay I have ever had.nI'm not sure if this comment will be timestamped but I almost hope it will be, it's currently 00.15am and any chance of sleep is currently gone.nDespite going down stairs to speak to reception kids are and have been for more than an hour running up and down corridors banging on doors and screaming in the corridors and reception when asked didn't seem to care , the absolute lack of concern for guests getting any sleep is frankly ridiculous.nIf it was possible to give a score of minus stars I would be spamming that button until I got cramp, basically if you enjoy sleep don't stop here.
Wow what a beautiful Holiday inn hotel this is. We have never been here before but had to come as we were working in the area. We were welcomed by such lovely staff especially a lady called Alison. She was amazing and so friendly. She truly is a credit to the company. Also need to mention PRAKHAR from front desk he truly was so helpful when we needed some advice and sorted all our needs . We will definitely be staying again when we have to come back to the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is about 30 mins walk into walton on thames high street the beautiful hotel has parking which you have to pay for but the ground of the hotel are so lovely. The rooms are spacious and clean . Food is good too.
