So many things are excellent for this hotel. The location on the banks of the River Thames is beautiful. It's outside space is well kept and offers lovely views, especially from the patio. The bar and restaurant menu's are nice and the food quality and presentation is faultless. The club rooms have beautiful river views, but you can also get a standard room with a river or garden view if you know which numbers to ask for. Location to motorways, airport, tourist attractions are good, along with the Thames Path, pubs, restaurants and small town centre. I really like this place. So why only two stars? It's just not clean enough... I'm not one to rip a room apart to find a single tiny hair, I'm talking about the basics. The bedding was clean and bright but the runner was really filthy with terrible stains. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers but also a fixed shelf with thick dirt/dust and sticky cup ring marks. The clothes would have draped on this when hung. The bathroom was basicly clean enough for use but showed signs of a quick rinse round rather than a proper clean which means the drain area was dirty and I think partially blocked as the shower tray almost spilled over with water. I reported this on my last visit! What I am trying to say is this hotel is lovely and well worth visiting, but is in danger of slipping too far. Management: I hope you read this and inspect your rooms more frequently. Perhaps a new cleaning schedule is required. Owners: I urge you to plan to refurbish, your hotel is looking tired. Threadbare carpet is not good. However, your prices are very reasonable considering the locatiin. I would happily pay more if the rooms were of a higher standard!

Nice little hotel in Shepperton with views over a canal. The hotel is outdated but does have a certain flair to it. Dampness seems to be a problem in some of the rooms. Friendly staff that provide a decent service. Could easily be 4 or 5 stars if they invested in some renovation works.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel. This was our third stay and even though the decoration is a little jaded the staff more than make up for this with their friendly and helpful manor. I need a ground floor room and so often the view is drab but the view from our patio doors was the river.

Really lovely place. Wifi didn’t work in my room(furtherest from main hotel) and you had to run the hot water for AGES to get it to work but these these were able to be overlooked due to the beautiful view from My window of the Thames!

Staff make you feel welcome but full English breakfast on second morning was very small compared to first breakfast plus on booking we told them we had a 5 week old baby but got put upstairs in furthest room so carrying a pram up and down slippery iced outside stairs was definitely no fun and did make me wonder on how much Warren lodge hotel actually thought about their customers needs or safety. The room was very basic with lights that didn't work and we're dangerously loose on the wall plus a hair dryer was kindly supplied but power socket was nowhere near the mirror so total waste of time, also carpets we're ready for a really good clean or replacing, also the toilet roll holder was that far away that you had to get off seat to reach it but must say that beds are really good and had a really good sleep apart from doors slamming and making our own door rattle cause not fitted right but main problem was parking spaces which were very hard to come by
