Great location next to Sunbury Weir, the roar of the water complimenting the garden overlooking the river. Perfect place for a pub meal and a drink on a summer's evening. Lovely walk up and down the river to walk the extra delicious calories afterwards.nThe rooms are quaint but well appointed our room with a four poster bed and balcony overlooking the river is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

We had a lovely one night stay prior to our visit to the Hampton Court Palace Flower Festival, and we're delighted with this lovely old hotel. The staff were so very friendly and helpful,  the food was excellent and we had a very comfortable night's sleep.  Our room had a stunning view of the river and Weir.

Charming old school pub. Servers are always friendly and chatty.nBeautiful in the summer on their rather beaten up terrace. Kid and dog friendly. Erdinger on draught, more like er-banger as its a great pint.

Once you have found this little gem hidden by the side of the Thames. It truly reminds you of the book The wind in the Willows with the lovely view of the river and wier. The food is very good value for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

One of my favourite riverside pubs ever. Huge outside seating glorious interior awesome banter worthy bar staff and of course pukka grub. Come see for yourself
