Stayed a couple of nights. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful when asked anything. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Maybe a little more variety needed but everything was nicely presented. Would recommend.

This is now our favourite hotel when we visit the Swindon area. We prefer twin beds and,unlike the Leney Henry suite, HI offers two proper comfortable beds. The rooms are always clean and well presented and the staff go hot of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Couldn't fault the hotel. Clean and tidy with friendly and helpful staff. They resolved a slight problem with TV straight away. Sofa bed was all made up for tired little one on arrival. Staff very friendly and polite and include the children. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Clean, efficient and a good location to the M4 but a little "sterile" as a hotel. Fine for a night but there are more welcoming hotel's in the area which provide a warmer and more personalised service.

Staff really friendly. Nice comfortable rooms. They were happy to change my booking when I booked for the wrong date, and didn't charge any extra
