This lovely restaurant/hotel is well worth visiting, as I have on numerous occasions. The food is excellent. The staff are courteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The ambiance is warm, welcoming and relaxing. Something that chained restaurants are certainly lacking. We will definitely be going back there again very soon.

Had a fantastic tasty meal today (19/2/2018). My husband had pan fried liver and bacon and I had minted lamb shank. Both were excellent and complemented by a selection of vegetables cooked to perfection. They had a large party of people in but coped well, excellent service by a lovely smiling happy member of staff. Very short wait for food . Can’t wait to go again. If you go for a meal you can be assured of excellent food and service. Thanks for an excellent meal.

Food was decent and the location is excellent but service was slow (it was busy, but a very long wait regardless).

All round excellent. Enjoyed a superb Sunday dinner, within lovely surroundings. The puddings were absolutely amazing. Thank you
