Stayed 2 night with my husband and son. It was perfect. A SHOUT OUT to Liz for going above and beyond.nThe rooms were simple but clean and offered all you needed.nThe free brekky is also a huge bonus included in the price.nnNB: There are no fridges in the room for those who are used to having them everywhere.
Rooms great! Comfortable bed.nOnly criticism would be concerning breakfast.nFirstly etiquette.. I do happen to think if you are in a public place you shouldn’t be walking around barefoot having breakfast in your pyjamas in the breakfast area sorry but we couldn’t help but notice a couple of guest were doing just this. I feel guests should be informed by staff to be appropriately dressed.
Nice clean hotel, staff are lovely and friendly, parking is free if you park in the retail park and register your car in the tablet in reception - not the pay and display opposite.nnRoom was nice, no aircon, but the window does open and there is a fan and a heater.nPlugs are pretty much non-existent in the room, there is one but it is nowhere near the bed, there are usb ports in the middle of the bed which is odd and no use if you want to charge anything decent.nBathroom is decent, shower is good for a tall person although lacking in pressure, it has one of those stupid hidden toilets too.
Excellent for the price. Lovely welcoming service. Particularly from Kimberly on arrival and Ester too was lovely on departure.nStayed in room 203 extremely quiet.nCannot comment on food we just wanted a half way stop over on our way to Skye. A good m and s food hall nearby if you need one.nLovely staff ...very warm and friendly.
We had an overnight stay here on the way to the Highlands.nThe hotel is welcoming and clean.Staff were friendly, check in was running a bit late with only 1 room ready but we waited in the reception area.nThe rooms are big,nice and warm and spotlessly clean.nThe bar is lovely and we had a nice evening drink there.nThe breakfast was great, plenty of choice, cereals, fruit & yoghurt, hot food and pastries.nThe parking isn't on site but is only a 2 min a walk on a small retail park. We were a bit concerned with parking there but the hotel reassured us that there were cameras and there's not been problems there.nWe would definitely stay there again.
