The food was great, but the place is quite dated and the toilets although clean are very run down looking.

Family member stayed here at the weekend, not the nicest of places to stay. Staff not very professional as staff member was shouting and swearing, glad no kids were present. Although good location for shopping etc. Maybe worth paying a little extra for hotels nearby

First room we were given was colder than the corridor.. The next room was much warmer, however very dated and in much need of deep clean, would i stay again probably not.

Expensive Christmas party night with no wine included as has been in previous years, bar service not great. Was quieter than previous year which may have been due to price! Entertainment and food service very good.
