Visited during the refurbishment, the staff were still very helpful and the service was done quickly. I have visited several times in the past couple of years and have always been happy with the way I am treated. Definitely nicer service than the city based Seat dealers.

Terrible MOT. Did further work without my consent and charged me about £45 for replacing a small clip.
In hindsight I wish I had refused to pay for the work undertaken. Stupidly I paid.

Wow, service I received here was 5 stars. I had really low expectations from all previous dealings with other dealerships in the Bristol area. Tim and the team at seat smashed all expectations. Warm greeting, honesty and care were taken. Really pleased with our new car great price too. Thank you Tim for all of you help and kindness.
