Unfortunately I can't even rate this dealership as a 1 star. I'm only giving it 1 star as you have to give it 1 star to rate a review but that is overly generous to them. I pre booked a viewing for the Saturday a week in advance, and all was confirmed. Then during the week unbeknown to me someone else came in and reserved the car after me to view on the Friday day before me. At no point was I offered to reserve the car as you would expect from an ethical, professional car dealership. I only found out the car was reserved by someone else from my own research no contact from the garage. I then asked them to let me know if the car sells the day before me viewing as I was travelling from a distance, they didn't let me know and only after my chasing did I get told "It's sold". No apology, no professionalism, nothing. When I asked if they were even planning to inform me that the car I had booked to view was sold before I had viewed it I got a sarcastic response saying the car had only just been sold. Incredibly unprofessional from what appears to be a high quality garage. Unless you have money to burn I wouldn't go anywhere near this company as they show no loyalty or honesty in transactions and will go against anything you agree to for a quicker sale, regardless of how unprofessional it is. Terrible business ethics. I have also seen numerous people who appear to be in the same position as me, being messed around unfortunately. I'd love to hear the owners response to my review, as I have all communications written down on what's app so can prove everything I have said is 100% true.
A massive thank you to Steve. After having the worst experience ever with another dealership I was so worried about buying another car. I need not worry at all. Steve was absolutely lovely and not at all the typical pushy Salesman. He took his time explaining everything nothing was too much trouble or a rush. I felt extremely valued from the get go. So pleased to of found a fantastic used car from a fantastic dealer.
Fantastic service when purchasing a new car, walked around the car and any tiny blemishes were corrected before collection. A 30 minute test drive is ideal to really get the feel of a car too. Some fantastic cars in their stock too. Will 100% be returning in a few years!

Super Guys, were very accomodating on the day and took their time to show me all of the features of the car. Prior to purchase they send me numerous videos and photos of the car I lived on the other side of the country. The car has been awesome since. I needed their assistance with some paperwork issues 4 months after purchase not their fault and they could not have been more helpful. This is how a car dealer should operate. Brilliant.
I had been looking for a sporty used Audi for over a year and it needed to come from a trustworthy source. Some ‘dealerships’ I visited gave me cause for concern. You can’t really tell online, so you have to visit. I visited several over the months. Based near Weston-super-Mare, Autostrada is not conveniently located for someone who lives in the Midlands. My almost-three-hour trip to view a white RS4 wasn’t wasted. The place looks right as you arrive – a sensible collection of prestigious marques yet nothing too ostentatious. A smart showroom. Very helpful people. It feels right too. I could’ve been just another tyre-kicker, but Barry didn’t hesitate to juggle cars in the showroom to free up the Audi for a test drive. And then he let me take it out entirely on my own for 40 minutes, explaining that they don’t believe potential clients will steal their cars. That’s the kind of trustworthiness I was looking for. The car was exactly as shown and described – remarkably good condition. Needless to say, I bought it and am delighted.
I purchased a car from Auto Strada Bristol, couple weeks ago. They had great choice of cars/ high end cars. I saw the the car I wanted online and arrange viewing and test drive very easily. When I came collect the car it was in immaculate condition and ready to go. My only minor let down was my personalised plate wasn't made and put on the car as I had previously arrange. They made them quickly while I waiting to collect the car however the rear one was made badly. So I have had to have them professionally made.
Saw a car I really liked on Google - and it was from auto strada in Bristol - I’m in Surrey near Gatwick so wasn’t sure if I could get the car , messaged Steve there and he was helpful from the start - told me for a small charge the car could be delivered to me - within 10 days of accepting the car etc it was at my house! Couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car !! And absolutely love the car I brought !! Thank you
