The cleanliness of this club is an absolute insult to any paying member. This evening I had the delight of showering in cubicles with :  *Folded sanitary pads * Bodily hair on walls * Various liquids sprayed around  When you walk in, just be careful and try not to slip on a constant grimy mess around the pool and the shower area.  Worst of it is not that it has happened, but that is now the ongoing state of cleanliness. After many complaints, nothing gets done.  Safe to say, seek other cleaner clubs if you think of joining.

We enjoyed the gym at first and all the staff are lovely. However, we have a 2.5 year old daughter and other than the tiny soft play area there is NOTHING that DL does for kids this age. They block your child from attending any of the activities or age 3-5 children parties. I have a very able 2.5 year old who is already bored of the soft play, hence the reason we we are leaving the gym, and may consider joining in the future. A shame really...

I’ve been going here on and off for 5 yrs, as a gym it hasn’t changed in that time, I mean nothing.. 0 investment, barely a dumbbell change, a high pitch ringing noise in the gym with no music real gets you going too.The staff are the best part of the place, always pleasant and helpful. I have no doubt for tennis it is great, but things like the spa are always broken, showers not working etc, place is dirty in the common areas, place needs investment - especially for paying over £100 per month - with the average gym price in Woking closer to £40. Maybe worth having a cheaper basic gym offering to reflect what you have, not what David Lloyd stands for ie luxury high end health club

I understand the prices have to go up to reflect the cost of living, but the management and facilities should remain at a high standard. Unfortunately, it takes around 4 weeks for something to be fixed. The toilets don't work overflowing stopped by the club towels for weeks, changing rooms have been blocked off due to leaks, bikes in the spin class rarely work.... It took management 3 weeks to call me back, to have Sue respond to my concerns in an extremely patronising and rude manner. She also tried to pass off her inability to carry out her job onto her reception team who are always very attentive and nice, shouting down the phone at me that she'll need to give them more training. Sue didn't listen to a word I was saying, thought it was a good idea to laugh at my concerns and shout over anything I said. What could have been an easy informative call has ended up in me looking at memberships elsewhere.

Do not join this gym or any David Lloyd gym.  I have been a member for 5 years but the service is terrible and the cost extortionate.  It was pricey before but now has gone up nearly 20%. With an off-peak Membership  you can only get in between 2-4pm at weekends, when there are very few classes.  The staff are very young and pleasant, but disorganised and don't know anything; machines especially the powerplate doesn't work for months and noone knows what to do about it.  There are other good gyms that are cheaper.

This club is terrible.  * Gym Equipment always broken or missing parts * Jacuzzi Broken * Cleanliness is disgusting * Showers Broken * Kitchen always closed * Bad ventilation in changing rooms * Massive puddles of water in changing room with towels used to try and ‘fix it’  David Lloyd should be embarrassed by this service for the amount they charge their members.

Dan the sales manager has been fantastic and getting me all set up. He is incredibly polite, professional and knowledgable without being pushy as I’ve experienced with other sales managers with other companies. No question was too much and the process just made easy.

i was in the jacuzzi with my brother when a man tried to attack him for no reason, David Lloyd have been extremely belittling to him about it and I’m not too sure if I feel safe there anymore as a 15 year old. If you want to make sure you and your family feel safe, don’t come here. To add, the food is dreadful. always running out out of supplies. Waitors practically throw your cutlery on the table. classes are always late too. Truly awful.

The team is the friendliest, informative and professional. The working times are convenient. The price is reasonable considering the equipment and facilities in comparison to other places.

Everything is dated. Interior to equipment. A lot of things are broken, patched up and/or dirty. As a frequent London clubs user, I feel I've been transported 30 years back in time. Had there been another private club around I would have left long time ago.
