I've been training with Klaudia from Target-Fit for six years now. She has helped me make my fitness journey truly my own. With Klaudia's guidance, I have lost 35 pounds and kept it off for over four years now. I have trained Pilates, Kettle Bells, and Circuits with her along with seeing her once or twice a week for personal training.  She has also given me beneficial sports massage for shoulders and neck problems.  Thanks to the solid grounding and base that Klaudia helped me achieve, I have also taken up pole fitness, and as a "woman of a certain age," that's no small challenge. Klaudia has given me the confidence to get creative with my own workouts beyond Target-Fit, which have become a fun challenge for me and have given me a great deal of control over my own fitness journey.  Whether it's Pilates, advice on nutrition, massage, or personal training. I can't recommend Klaudia enough for a workout that will always be designed for your specific needs, and will always be interesting.

I have trained & received sports massage with Klaudia for over 10 years now. The diverse and amazing way that Klaudia is able to work your body is truly inspirational I would not go to anyone else due to the knowledge and kindness of her as a trainer I would not just call her my trainer I count her as a true friend. I now do Pilates online with Klaudia and I love the sessions as can feel the benefits that complement our other sessions. Thank you for being you Klaudia

I first discovered Target Fit 5 years ago for the group Pilates classes which were fantastic. Really pushed me whilst fun and loved getting to meet Klaudia. When I became pregnant last year she began training me for the birth, again pushing me to achieve my best whilst also having a big smile on both our faces. I ended up having a recovery from the birth that was so much faster than anybody had anticipated and genuinely believe it is because Klaudia was able to prepare my body for everything it experienced. She also offered pre natal massage that relieved a lot of pain in my back. Great experiences throughout my fitness journey and highly recommend!

Klaudia is an excellent trainer, who uses the full range of her Personal Training and Pilates skills to get great results. Klaudia is really clever in the way she pushes you to achieve more, balancing a range of strength exercises with effective stretching and mobility. Always fun, always safe, always tailored to your requirements. Really enjoy working with Klaudia, whether working face-to-face or online.

I have worked with Klaudia at Target-Fit for several years now and she helps me achieve results every time.  Whether it be on-going sessions as part of my overall fitness or for specific events, or when I need corrective sports therapy/massage - Klaudia takes her time to understand my aspirations/needs and consult clearly with me and build an achievable plan. I have known Klaudia for many years and throughout my increasing levels of spinal fusion. I did her pilates classes for about 2 years and she was very good at keeping an eye on my form to protect my back and not let me over do things! Klaudia is fun, enthusiastic, and she will always make you achieve your goals no matter what they are! She will give you the confidence not just in a gym environment, but provide you with the complete confidence to par take in any activity going.

I only started doing Pilates with Klaudia a few weeks ago during lock down. I've enjoyed the sessions and the time goes really quickly.  Klaudia is always cheerful and concerned about us all tailoring the session for peoples' needs which I appreciate very much.  She is very knowledgeable and I have no hesitation in recommending her
