Jacky is a great teacher, I’d recommend her class to anyone. Her class is suitable for all levels as she always explains different options of each exercise.

I highly recommend Body Torque Pilates. Jacky is a great teacher who gives options of difficulty for each movement insuring everyone can get the most from the class.

Fantastic teacher and a great class. When I started I was unfit and with poor muscle strength. This class has improved my health, fitness and rid me of my regular neck and back issues I had been suffering from. I highly recommend it.

I look forward to Jacky’s class each week.  It has really helped my lower back, building strength, flexibility, and my confidence to do more. Jacky is amazing at adapting each exercise to each individual’s needs. I can highly recommend her class to anyone. We have a lovely mix of ages and abilities in our class, and we always have a little laugh. The new venue is perfect - big, light, well ventilated, with all the COVID precautions in place.

A lovely friendly class that has returned with a new large, covid secure, clean venue. Jacky makes everyone feel welcome whatever your level of ability and is always giving helpful tips and instructions.  As everyone is well spaced out and room airy you can decide whether you wish to wear a mask or not but Jacky will always wear one when going around room.  So glad we're up and running again!

Jacky is a very knowledgeable instructor, fun and patient. It’s always a good workout with various levels of difficulty to chose from and easily adapted for injuries. I was apprehensive about returning to proper classes after lockdown but the new spacious venue and extra cleaning and safety precautions really put me at ease. Great to get the full core workout in a safe but normal environment. Much more fun than a home workout.

Really enjoyed my first session since Covid-19.  Class room was twice the size, well ventilated and very clean.  Lots of safety checking before entry and a one way system.  Plus everyone in class brought extra towels to keep their space clean.  I didn't need to wear a mask during the class which was a relief but Jacky wore hers when she approached to offer advice etc.  I love Jacky's classes - the right balance of fun and seriousness; and I like the way she pushes me gently to try the harder options.  I have so missed these classes !!!

I've been coming to Jacky for a number of years and love her classes. She's very knowledgable, patient and motivational. I would highly recommend!! We recently moved from our zoom classes back to face to face, all felt very safe with lots of space and ventilation with covid secure procedures in place.

First f2f class since lockdown! Well- organised, bigger venue, mats well spaced, felt safe and comfortable, anti-bac'd and temperature checked on entry, I did not need to use a mask during class, 1-way system in place, plenty ventilation. Thank u Jacqui for your gentle patience, not drilling us too hard after being away for so many months!
