Went for a record signing. So well organised. Staff were lovely. Cracking event

I easily spent more than an hour looking around on everything in this store. I believe all fans of music, movies or games can find something appealing

Wide range of vinyls and cds. I love tees, mugs, and posters, too. I wish we had such a store in Hungary,  too.

Disgusting, breaks GDPR Rules saying that after I’ve presented my card at the POS that I hadn’t paid because I need to provide an email. Absolutely despicable that staff would then say “you haven’t paid for the item without placing an email” …. Shocked…. Massive fan of HMV won’t be shopping again due to this violation

This the same store that had a move around. Great place to buy albums and merchandise include K-pop, Pop, R&B. Also, it has the collection of vinyl records, CDs, headphones and movies - Great! Excellent and friendly service.

I bought my daughter some noise canceling head phones from hmv at a reasonable price the staff were really helpful there was so many different things to buy defo worth having a good look around up stairs and down

Sadly the HMV of old has now gone which is a shame for physical media collectors like myself. Plenty of vinyl on offer upstairs but the DVD/BluRay/4K collection downstairs has essentially gone... the whole first floor is merch and tat that just disappoints and is so expensive. Staff still lovely as ever but I miss what it used to be I'm in the minority I understand.
