FOUR THUMBS DOWN for stuff called Larissa I had a really bad experience last from one of Hilti Store. Staff is extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful. There was female staff named Larissa with Manchester accent. I heard her was making fun of a disabled customer. She said that disable customer walking like a FAT BLACK PIG, it was so DISRESPECTFUL and UNACCEPTABLE! Even she didn’t say that in front of her. I would Strongly advise company reconsider whether company should continue hiring her as Sales considering she could not represent value of your current company values anymore.
I’ve called and emailed regarding your staff-member Kevin greentree - I would like his boss to call me asap regarding his conduct and threatening behaviour- this matter hasn’t been resolved as the woman he’s threatened has yet to receive and apology - which your HR department has said he would do

Terrible service. Bought some discs which showed as dispatched to then they recalled because I am supposedly reselling them on but I am not & to top it of they do not refund me in full. I only find this out when I call them to see what is going on. No communication, no customer service and to top it off they are absolutely useless.
Don't buy a site radio from them cos when the fault on the model kicks in after warranty ends they WONT fix them even though they where £500 when they came out!!!
The staff in the Salford store were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cheery. I can well recommend Hilti Salford.
The best tools out there and the best customer care. Expensive tough....
If I had the money I'd buy everything from here. Pricey but tip top quality gear built to last
Excellent service, friendly helpful staff, would always recommend
