Have shopped many times online and never had a problem. Bought a CP jacket that i did bot like in exchange for some off white trainers. Mind you bought on Saturday. They did not fit me. On the receipt it says returnable up to 28 days later. I go back to the store guy at till not very friendly seemed zoned out took at the look at the shoe for 30 seconds and because of a built up of lint in the shoe tab he said they were “unsaleable”. Asked to speak to the manager “i am a manager” id like to speak to another one “shell say the same thing” without even seeing them he goes over to her talks and no further review of them takes place until I have to take them over to her where she says she would be uncomfortable selling them. Then why not say on the receipt: “when you leave the store, your rights have been forfeited. Simple. Always liked this store feels high end, but lazy, they could’ve cleaned them or put some effort in for a customer to leave with a smile on his face but instead left angry
This store is a bit off the beaten track, away from the other department stores in Spinningfields. I make a point of calling in each time I'm in the city centre, store is well laid out with a good balance of brands. Staff are very polite, courteous and helpful. Will call in again.
Very bad customer service. I went to store to exchange an item, but as it was a gift I was unable too without proof of purchase, which I understand. When I explained to the manager that I had called 8 times over 3 days without anyone answering the phone,, so I had to drive an hour to store!! His response was with attitude ‘and, I’ve had 65 missed calls in the last hour’. No apology, no customer service, no advice. 3 members of staff stood behind the till talking. With over 20 years working in customer service,, this is by far the worst I have seen. Very disappointing experience and will be avoiding this store moving forward.
went to buy a jacket from flannels. got a walm welcome buy the security guard who was very friendly and kind. went upstairs where the menswaear is located. approached 3 young female staff member who did not give a flying toss about what i require etc. first I asked one of the girls can you find me a jacket with a specific size which she replied to just look at which one you want a and bring it to the till and I will check the size with attitude so I picked up 2 jackets and took them to the till which there was another girl who checked the sizes with atitude. still no size as I needed a big size so same thing again and picked up 6 jackets and went back to the till which same issue no size. there was young man called Awais asked me what the issue was which I replied ive been going back and forward picking up different jackets and still no size that i need. Awais replied that he can check on the system and showed me different jackets etc. Thats all I wanted but this could have done with the first point of contact. the girls just playing on there mobile phones and hiding so customers do not approach them. I will not be shopping from flannels again. Thank you to the Security guard and Awais.
It's MEGA expensive. £700 for a pair of trainers, £600 for a T-shirt, £900 for a hoodie and £2800 for a woman's handbag. They are absolutely having a giraffe!
Went in with our son between Christmas and New Year, all 3 of us took advantage of the sale. Great store and very good staff service.
Really rubbish customer service or lack of they sent the wrong item which was half the cost of the item ordered it took them A month to rectify the situation and only by force when dispute was made with PayPal. Never ever shop at this sports direct trying to be something it’s not! Avoid avoid avoid - needless to say birthday gift was ruined and was out of pocket for a month
Avoid at all costs! They sell second hand goods that have either been on display so people have warn them or returned goods. The staff are very aggressive, rude and sneaky. Will no longer be coming here.
If I could give zero stars I would shocking customer service when trying to return a faulty item manger was rude and obstructive towards me because the receipt was 8 month old and she said it’s 6 month for a faulty item bearing in mind she didn’t even look at the fault because I handed the receipt to her first she had taken pictures and 3 weeks later still no reply I went directly to Burberry and explained my experience with flannels they kindly gave me a brand new pair of trainers never will I shop here again go direct to the designer
