If there is a hell on earth, this is it. Do not put your relative in here. We have had a relative rushed to hospital due the this hovels inncompetance. Feeding adults spaghetti hoops for evening meal. No activities and people left in bedrooms. Thank God he isn't going back to this horrible place.
My mum has been in this home for two years and I couldn't ask for better care, as for the recent abuse case the girl was instantly sacked and won't be working in care ever again, you can't tar everyone with same brush, staff are lovely and my mum has been in 5 previous homes and this is by far the best. And I am there all the time so I know how well my mum is cared for
My uncle sadly passed away today just won't to fank all the care staff at the hillside care home the staff are amazing and made the time there special for him fankyou X
Staff were welcoming and helpful has different time for family coming fact we have put are relative into care they reassured us has family
