Excellent customer service. Had an issue today and it was dealt with quickly. If you order the ocado meats they have a really good use by date. Been using them for a few months and no complaints so far.

Sending a lot of very short dated foods. Sending a lot of damaged foods. If one complains too much photos are then needed as proof. Showing photos is NOT enough. Ocado fail to believe even with photos. So much email tennis, and so much time wasted on calls.nFood quality for fresh goods is for bread so very short dated. Other fresh foods short dated and damaged.nLast order they refused to refund without a fight of emails and speaking on the phone. Still they will not refund.nThe proof is herenRipe and ready one pineapple says. The other says ready to eat. Really! Once picked pineapples do not ripen, and will remain sour.nThe noodles are broken in pieces and crushed but they say they cannot see the packs inside and I must open the packets and take photos of the inside contents?nThey are that disbelieving that they simply cannot zoom in and enlarge photo?nNo more Ocado. Plenty of other shops.nWasted time and moneynPlease Ocado, lose another 500 million plus. But, go bust this time.

Terrible service. First delivery the driver couldn’t find our address. Second delivery the driver ran out of time. 1/10
