Drivers avoid this company.nWorked on a contract, noticed the cab was smoked by a previous driver. Complained to a shift supervisor as transport manager is always absent. Was told to open the window wider.nAfter two week transport manager showed up in all his glory. All biased, would not listen to you,- I told the supervisor is incompetent, as a result I got fired.nSo I then Complained to Matalan's logistics manager- was ignored.nAvoid them or you will be used, abused, discriminated and dumped.
Let me in before booking time. Was tipped straight away. Been the same each time I've been there. Good set of lad's.
I am working there from five years, but it is getting worse day by day. The payment is £9,27 per hour and the shifts are twelve hours, four days on and after that you are four days off.
Good place but security isn't the best at depo not helpful at all but head office security are more helpful
Very helpful, Boss, friendly and happy security team
