Rita & Dennis are wonderful host, our room is really nice & very comfortable, I can’t wait to book again, it’s a beautiful place, not far from Camber Sand Beach, it is worth staying there, ten out of ten.Rooms: 5/5
Superb rita and Dennis really make you welcome nothing is too much trouble spotlessly clean bedrooms and bathrooms excellent breakfast, we would recommend to anyone faultless we will be staying again soon
Rita and Dennis are absolute stars and provide superb service and a fabulous place to stay. The room was spotless and the sea view fantastic. The breakfast selection was excellent and full English freshly prepared to taste. I can't fault this little gem and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet location on the sunny south coast.
My husband and I wanted a weekend away and we stayed at Rita and Dennis's B&B. It was the most relaxing stay ever. We were so well looked after and the room and bathroom were immaculate. Dennis and Rita were so pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast provided was delicious and we were in a very good location to go and visit places too! Thank you so much. This is a really lovely B&B to stay in. Dennis and Rita were exceptional hosts, friendly and making sure we had all we needed. We stayed in the upstairs room with a pretty view over garden and to the sea. The room was spotless, bed comfy, plenty of storage, free wi-fi and a good size en-suite. Table was set for breakfast with a choice of cereals, orange juice and yoghurts. Toast and full English cooked to order - and very delicious it was too! A perfect, quiet base for a break.
This has to be THE BEST B@B ever!!!! Rita and Denis are so friendly, breakfast was incredible. Such a friendly, welcoming place. If you are ever in a need of a place to stay you MUST come here. We loved it so much will be back soon.
Dennis and Rita are the perfect hosts with years of experience in the business. They share their house like you are part of the family. If you are junky enough to book the main bedroom upstairs you are in for an incredible treat. The views are spectacular from early morning through to night time. The room is decorated to a very high standard with a beautiful on suite bathroom and walk in shower. You are welcomed with a special greeting that makes you feel comfortable from the start of your stay. Breakfast is incredible, nothing is left out and you will have a first hand experience of their beautiful garden, You do need a car to get there and there are no shops or pubs/ restaurants near by, with very limited taxi service. But don’t let this put you off as you will be in for a most overwhelming stay with lovely memories. Kev n Anna Gillingham
Have just spent 5 nights at this wonderful bed and breakfast. Rita and Dennis are amazing hosts, so helpful and caring to our needs. Recommend Hillcliffe House to anyone who fancies a relaxing break away.
We stayed here on Bank Holiday Monday 27 August in the deluxe double room with ensuite shower room. Beautifully and thoughtfully appointed throughout. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Spotless. Peaceful and wonderful views. Warm welcome and great breakfast.
