Phoned for a quote in what is difficult circumstances and was greeted by what I can only describe as a lady with a huge chip on her shoulder I wouldn't speak to my dog like she spoke to me! I would rather carry my items on my back than pay her wages.

worst customer service accused of damaging a van I have never driven make sure you check your vehicle before and after returning .I returned this van about 7.00 pm which is all on camera and was accused of returning it at 5.30 pm (all on camera ????) which i returned .I then received a a phone call at 8.10 am the following morning telling me I had smashed the side door,which in reply i told the lady on the phone( who i believe to be a family relative family owned business but that i had not damaged the door ,then she said it is all is on camera and so do not raise your voice because you have damaged our van .I then made sure i went to see the damage that was accused of i arrived at the premises then was lead by I presumed the owner of the company to the vehicle that I had I damaged then dramatically waived his hand across the side door till I pointed out that I had never driven this vehicle in my entire life he had booked out the wrong vehicle to me which would mean if any offence committed would be my responsibility which becomes a major concern to anyone who hires a vehicle from yourselves and i parked the vehicle which I had driven at least twenty metres away from the one that you said I had hired you dramatically waived your hand across the side door and never once said sorry about the fact the damaged vehicle had nothing to do with me other than two women screaming soooo sorry down the phone at me .

Have used RK Services for many years .Always great service from Dawn and the team,recently hired a van to move house had a small problem with keys (completely my own fault ) email Dawn and she came out and resolved the problem within the hour.
