I tried to rent a van from Hertz, it`s the one parks in the car park next to Costco. I found the registration desk, I went trough the procedure...driving license, bank card, id, all my private data basically was given. It took roughly 20 minutes , and another 20 minutes waiting, and my rent was denied. They probably could not find Sunapee Road at Green Park, beacause I have been told my address is not valid provide another one. Well thank you for wasting my time, and taking 30 £ anyway.
Horrible van hire service, it had only 11% fuel when picked up and as I had only hired for 1 hour for a short trip I had to extend and refuel costing me double the original price! The costumer service was certainly not helpful and absolutely rude on the phone! Stay away if you value your money and time!
An all together easy process, I've used these guys a few times now. The only downside is there's no obligation on the last driver to clean the cab. My last hire the footwell and door was covered in mud. I was cleaning anyway due to Covid, but didn't appreciate needing to wash the door/footwell.
Huge van but I picked it up self-service and it had no fuel in it. The built-in system for ringing them didn't work and it was a huge faff getting in contact with them to let them know. No compensation was offered despite the time wasted. I'll go back to a normal hire company next time.
Massive warehouse with plenty of parking. We went outside of busy hours so no queue and there were people trying to manage the social distancing
Love this place get prices but good quality to boot plue you get to try so much product that you end up buying more as I did lol

Much bigger van than I was expecting and fob setup was a little fiddly but worked well and was good value.
