HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!  Brad and his staff were amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I gave Brad the "what I need and how much I have to spend", and he didn't try to wheeler dealer me, he was able to help me pick a car and it is beautiful.  The car I picked needed work doing to it, an mot, servicing, paint work touch ups, body work and interior valeting. Brad got it all sorted, I've never had such good service when trying to buy a car.  My old car was failing and whilst I was waiting for my new car to have a fresh mot and service, Brad loaned me a car. This was above and beyond, a true gentleman who knew how to care for his customers.  Would I recommend? absolutely and I have done.  Will shop there again should i want to either change cars or if I can persuade my husband to do away with his big engined car!  Thank you again Brad, the cars a dream to drive.

Just bought my first car.  Lakeview put a lot of thought into this as I was a bit unsure on which car would be suitable.  They even researched some insurance options.  Interestingly they actually suggested this Fiesta which was cheaper than the car I wanted.  Sound advice and this is already saving me money.  It was the honesty that made me feel comfortable.  The salesman could have easily sold me the more expensive car.  Anyway, I love it.  A great learner car and runs perfectly.  Many thanks to Damien at Lakeview that really put my mind at rest. Fantastic service from David and all the team at Lakeview.  Bought a car from them a few weeks ago, and it was delivered to me, over an hour away.  A small teething problem a few days later was sorted out immediately, with one of the team driving back down to me with a brand new part.  Otherwise, the car was like new, and all paperwork from them arrived promptly.  Would definitely recommend!

Recently bought a lovely car from Lakeview. They were really helpful particularly Damien. He gave me a really good warranty and although there was only one key with the car he told me to get another sorted and send him the bill. Between my husband and myself, this is the third car we've bought from Brad and Damien at Lakeview.  Absolute quality at every stage of the way from arranging a viewing and inspection, test driving, and arranging for any extra work to the car to be carried out before they're happy to hand it over.  And on top of that, they make a fantastic cuppa!  I will never buy a car from anyone else. Top marks!

Absolutely first class service from Brad and the team! Communication was excellent from start to finish and we received a warm welcome on arrival. Very relaxed and no pressure. Beforehand I didn’t expect the process of buying a new car to be so quick and easy. Brad even went online and helped me with the road tax within a few minutes so it was all sorted ready for when the car arrived. New car MOT’d and delivered to my home address almost 40 miles away and old car taken away. When viewing I noticed a small scratch on the bumper, but assumed the car was just sold as seen so didn’t mention it. Brad then contacted me after I’d left saying he’d noticed the scratch and insisted they repair it before delivering. I’m over the moon with my new car and thank all at Lakeview Cars for their fantastic service.

I am really satisfied with the experience I had at Lakeview. They staff there are extremely friendly and make you feel at ease. I went over to test drive an MX-5 and I drove home with it on the same day. Lakeview check over all their cars thoroughly, provided detailed document records and are honest and reliable. I am very happy with my new car and the experience of purchasing it. It is easy to see why the staff and Lakeview are so busy - because they are very good at what the y do!

Amazing experience Very responsive, great priced cars and immaculate condition. Well all I can say is what a great company to deal with. I originally found the car I was looking for on Auto Trader and sent a message saying I was interested and that I had a car to part exchange. I got a call first thing the next morning from Brad, we struck a deal and two days later the deal was done. I got a good price on the new car and a fare price for my car. The customer service before and after has been amazing in fact outstanding, what a great friendly crew. This dealer was a good 2 hours from me so always a little suspicious as so far away but I had no need, they made the whole experience so easy and I can’t thank them enough. I have been after Mini Paceman SD for a few years and they sold me great example and I’m so happy. There where a couple of teething issues that was nobody’s fault but these where addressed with no quibble. I can’t recommend more highly and it’s rare these days to get good old fashioned family customer service, but this is exactly what you get at Lake view car sales, Thanks Guys, Col

I bought a Mercedes ML from Lakeview in Spring this year. The car had just come in that morning as a trade in on another vehicle so the team had not fully had a chance to check everything over. The day after I collected the car, I noticed a problem that was making the car unsafe when accelerating, the car lurching and losing power as you put your foot down. I contacted Damien and he immediately set me up an appointment with a Mercedes specialist who diagnosed the problem as a faulty turbo. The car was fully repaired by Lakeview at no expense to myself. Some companies would have shrugged the problem off as it was not something they would necessarily have been aware of at the time of sale, but Lakeview recognised that neither was it my fault and they wanted to make sure the problem was fixed as I had bought the car in good faith. So, I am immensely grateful to Damien and Bradley for their advice and support dealing with this issue, and would have no hesitation at all in recommending Lakeview to anybody. They are decent people.
