The Vans are simple enough to hire, unlock and use. However, I have used this particular site for short trips twice. The first time I hired the van for an hour for a quick trip and the fuel was 25%. You have to return the van with at least a quarter of a tank in it, which is hardly fair if you collect it with a quarter of a tank In it for a quick 1 hour journey. The second time I hired a van there was 24% fuel. This was a 2hour journey and so I knew I would need to refuel. I went to one of the designated petrol stations which was out of the way filled up, went to pay with the prepaid card and it did not work. I called the customer service number off the app and the assistant said the card had been registered as faulty and yet I was not made aware of this on the booking I was told I would have to pay out of my own pocket and request a refund. I am still yet to receive a reply to the request let alone the refund itself. The price is £14 an hour for the van which I think is a reasonable price. But on top of that you have to pay 35p per mile you do. So 50 miles cost us £17.50 on top of the £14 an hour.
