Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Staff are always courteous and efficient. From stepping off the plane at Southampton to being on the road in 10mins is remarkable. Likewise returning the car (on the latest occasion to Yanis and Miro) only takes a minute or two and then you are in the terminal!

Booked a last minute online rental on a Saturday afternoon due to vehicle break down. On arrival was advised that they had been trying to contact me on my mobile (which had also broken that day!) to inform me the vehicle I required wasn't available. Staff were apologetic, helpful & friendly, I was offered a range of alternatives & at a discount which given my day thus far was a bonus!! To top it off I was stuck in traffic returning the vehicle past the allotted time by about 15 minutes, the staff kindly waived the further fee they could have applied without my having to even ask. It was refreshing to see common sense, courtesy & customer service of this level. Thank you Olly for your help & humour during my costly weekend!

We have rented a car last week and we had a really pleasant experience. Miroslav has been very helpful and patient with us, explaining in detail everything we needed to know. Nice service. Would recommend.

Olly in the office was great, even when I had a problem he sorted it very quickly and efficiently. I will be going back to that rental location just because of Olly. Great car as well.
