All the staff here are fantastic and very quickly respond to any needs It's just a shame my van is not behaving I've been here twice in two weeks!!!
Had no issues with my van and its recent service was very efficient and professional. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Large range of vehicles - all our company's is sourced from here to no complaints. Only issue I've experienced is after requesting a new plate van, after several months one was supposedly sourced but nothing was ever issued, so I presume the request has been since dropped.
Gave me a courtesy van, 67 plate vw caddy with no clutch so had to be returned same week, only to reissue me with a 70 plate vivaro which is in limp mode because of the dpf filter. Which was reported by someone else the week before. So imo they knowinly tried giving me 2 vehicles that weren't fit for purpose.
The yard people are helpful and cheerful, but having broken down this morning, and waiting 8 hours to get my hire van recovered, their services leave a lot to be desired.
Great all round service on my sprinter , all staff were very kind , professional and prompt. Special Thank you to Keiron for his kindness
Disgusted with the apaling customer service! Avoid like the plague!!!! Worst company I've ever dealt with. Charges are added without consent and repair costs escalate out of control!! I don't know how their codes of conduct are legal.

My company van is hired from here, generally good service but can sometimes be very slow even for simple things.
