Booked in for 1245 service. Van still in car park 45min later ie no work done! no apologies. Had to point this out.
Unfortunately I can't avoid using them due to the company I work for lease.

Had no issues with my van and its recent service was very efficient and professional. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Large range of vehicles - all our company's is sourced from here to no complaints. Only issue I've experienced is after requesting a new plate van, after several months one was supposedly sourced but nothing was ever issued, so I presume the request has been since dropped.
