Detailed a customers car after it had been to motofix for a new front wing and bumper! Considering they had the car for 4months....yes 4months! The job was shocking! Every single panel apart from the ones painted plastered in overspray! A £50k 67plate car too!

Did a good job on repairing accident damage and didn't argue when I spotted additonal damage that hadn't previously been there. They're lending me a car to fix that foc too.

What a big waste of space Moto fix are they have no customer service or no planning idea what so ever, I found them unhelpful and arrogant

Worked for these clowns for nearly a year,DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO ANY OF THESE BRANCHS they use aftermarket non eu parts in new vehicles,never fit properly,filler is applied everywhere (poorly) constant lack of resources making the job impossible,no training,vile head of HR and a vile director who does not treat his staff like human beings,every car finished would come back a day later with overspray and panels out of alignement,charging insurance company's for new parts and fit aftermarket parts to make money (needs to be investigated) many vehicle tow bars not fitted correctly (loose) one gentleman spotted it before he went to tie his caravan!!imagine that!! I could write a book on it,avoid like the plague Motofix are not concerned about carrying out a job correctly it's just in and out asap and filler splashed everywhere,bunch of Cowboys!!!!

New Toyota with 5000miles, year 2017 needed new tyre (front right side) due to sliding on ice and hitting the curb and got a brand new one; all great. Meanwhile my front left tyre been changed to an old very used one with no thread. Been challenging them on the spot and being lied to by saying that they didn’t changed the other tyre just the one that needed changing. Lies!!!! Got home and found a month old pic of the car with my real left tyre. So been charged for new tyre (front right) and work but also got a bonus: my other tyre was gone!!!! Also no more carpet for the front seat!!!!! I advise everyone to take pictures of full car and make sure you have them with you at the time you collect the car ( literally everything otherwise they will just deny) before giving to this guys or not use at all. Never again also expect plenty of 1/0 star rates from me and more because this isn’t over yet! How useless can one be??? Avoid unless you want your new car pieces to be replaced with second hand ones. Not to be trusted!
