I'm using this company when I need a taxi because it's near my house but I don't recommend it. Usually I'm paying by card but once I paid cash and the driver charged me £10 knowing very well that we do get texts after the journey with the fare's price. My fare was £8,50. I really don't care about £1,50 but he overcharged me like I was an idiot and didn't know how to read the text they send you after. I called and complaint almost 3 weeks ago and every time I called I've been told Pam (the person who deals with this) will get back to me. Never did. I called again to check what's going on and the guy said she's off sick to call tomorrow cause she will be back for sure. I called the second day just to be told that Pam had an operation the day before and there's no way she will be back so quick. What did I have to Do? Yes your guess it's right: to keep waiting!!! I don't think anyone wants to use a company where the drivers overcharge you and nobody it's saying absolutely anything to them. Also so many drivers stink so so bad, tonight I was literally going to throw up I had to keep my nose covered with my scarf.. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Service could be better. Taxi arrived late. Missed train. Also higher charges.

I called to get a taxi vvrarly morning the next day, they refused to book for the time I wanted, saying they may be too busy (at 5.45am?!) Really unhelpful, called broad Street cars instead and they were much more helpful

Ive used them 20 times. The app is better than Uber and they have been ontime 97% of times. drivers always friendly and good prices. highly reccomened

Thank you so much to the driver who picked me up from lightwoods road to quinton, I left my phone and keys in the car, and he has just brought them to me, in this bad weather, so honest. Thank you again. Xxxxx
