Tried to order a taxi and when I didn't know the post code off the top of my head (I was at a friends) the operator very rudely said "don't you even know your own address". I try to give local companies business over Uber but definitely won't be using this company again.

Terrible service, let me down late at night after a family party. Stood on a car park for over an hour at 1am with my kids, they said it would be 10 mins; I call back and they say it will be there in a few minutes...never turned up....my 8 year old daughter was crying her eyes out, she was that cold....shocking! This company used to be good but in the last 12 months I've found them completely unreliable.

I never do reviews but sadly it’s got this point. They tell me 5-10 mins, nearly an hour later I have to ring again and they say ‘should be with you in the next 5 mins’, 10-15 mins later it turns up. Most drivers I’ve had are reasonable and I pay £5 from Just outside of Oldbury to blackheath, but this one driver, I think his number is 1578, insists on charging £5.50, £6 and sometimes £7, and he takes the same route as everyone else. They were good when I first started to use them but know they’re really unreliable.

Unbelievably bad service!! Ordered taxis for 20 people (2 X 7 seaters + 9 seater) neither one had a clue where they were going, even though 2 of them passed the destination and dropped 15 passengers (including 12 children) off a quarter of a mile away and to top it all off they charged 3 different prices £8 £10 & £15. Cheeky f***ers asked if we wanted return taxis aswell! Never again would I use or recommend this service. Half a 🌟 more like!!
