I have used this company for years now and now today I booked a taxi for my nan who is elderly and can’t walk very far. We had asked for her to be dropped close as possible to the restaurant she was meeting us at and instead they dropped her on a different shopping centre which was quite a far walk for a elderly lady who can’t walk far at all. Then after this the driver charged her £1 extra, I usually wouldn’t mind but not when they haven’t thought about an elderly lady. Then later on they said to call for a taxi back and they would take the £1 off the ride so we ordered a taxi home for 4 adults and 1 child. We told them how many of us there was and they said they will send a taxi out to us. This took half an hour for a taxi to get to us which made us in a rush for the school run. They came to the wrong pick up again and in a normal taxi which refused to take us due to having 4 adults and 1 child. So 1 person had to not come with us due to 2 of us needing to go back for the school urgently as we was already late. We had asked the driver to drop one of us off round corner from my drop off as she was late for the school and the school was not far at all. He charged an extra £6 for 1 more drop off which was down the road. I have never been so annoyed with a taxi company. I would never use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because they are awful.
Great company. My husband lost his phone and we thought it might've been in the taxi but weren't sure. They were really helpful in trying to track it down. They found it and the driver drove round to drop it off. Really appreciated this level of customer service and for this reason alone we'll only be using this company in the future.
Used them for airport runs, haven't let me down yet. Some drivers more affable than others though, but nothing I could complain about. Have always been the best priced when I have called around.
Called for a taxi because i bent my car, 5 minutes later he was at our door. Dropped off 15 minutes later. Great service. Fantsatic driver. Will use again.
Absolute disgrace I have a car so it’s the first time I ordered a taxi in years I had my shopping and heavy bags I paid him before I got out to get my bags and gave him a few extra pound as a thank- you , he parked 3 doors from my house and didn’t help me get my bags out of the boot or put them by the door I had to take some to the door and go back for the rest . Never again rude horrible taxi company .
Been using for quite a while drivers very nice, used on Friday & Saturday last week asking for black cab to rush our small dog to vets Friday driver came in a car said no cabs available but because I'm a regular customer sent a car charged us £6, i couldnt thank him enough, used them Saturday again to vets asked for black cab again cost was £6 each way in a cab. Rang today very nasty person on switch board again asked for cab same place to vets told cost is £10 I said only paid £6 Friday & Saturday he started to get very nasty wouldn't listen to me when I tried to say it was with them & nastily said get it cheaper elsewhere use them. No more a regular customer no need to be so nasty when a customer queries a price for same journey with same company within 2 days
Very efficient, can track the car, all details are given regarding taxi & driver. Usually arrive within 10 minutes.
Was left stranded in Cannock on Friday night by another taxi company. Called Bloxwich Radio and they were there in 15 minutes to get me back home safely. Thank you so much for your serviceService: Limousines

Nearly 2 years since my initial review in 2016. Gotta change it from 1 star to 5 star. Professional over the phone, turned up in 5 minutes and good price to get to destination. **2021 Still use these taxi's fast and reliable, you can track the car and they text when its arrived. Friendly drivers
