Had to travel over 100 miles in all to get car repaired and take days off work. Bought my Audi TT from here and the amp didn’t work. I had to take it back and they had a look and told me they would have to send it away. I was then told to go to Whitley Bay to an audio shop but when I got there they where under staffed so I had to book it in another day. They told the garage I would need an upgrade so they told me to go to another audio garage in south sheilds. They told the garage the same thing that it needed an upgrade to the car so they sent me to a third garage in Sunderland. They said it was the amp and it just needed a new one. They ordered the new amp and it didn’t work. They then told me to go to the Washington branch and they finally gave me the upgrade. Both garages the north sheilds and Washington branch kept blaming each other, in total I had covered over 100 miles in driving and had days off work and payed a friend to follow me to garages to pick me up when I left car. It had taken over 4 months to sort out.
A week after I bought the car the service light came on. The garage told me it hadn’t done 10k miles so didn’t need it. The service book said it was one year or 10k which ever came first and it had been a year but the garage said it has synthetic oil in it so didn’t need it. I had to get it serviced myself and they told me that there was no way the car had done 4K miles since it’s last service. Not long after the breaks started squeaking so I took it to my local garage and the said it needed pads, disks, callipers and shocks (£500).
Also the steering wheel wasn’t aligned when I got it so that needed re doing.
Not sure who is to blame as the north sheilds branch told me the Washington branch was dealing with it and the Washington branch didn’t know anything about it. Also never once rang me it was always me ringing them time after time after time.

I bought my first car from here to do 34 miles for the car to break down. Returned the car as I had no confidence in the car. I chosen a second car after 3 days I had to return car again with mechanical issues. I was refunded my monies. Not the best experience.

Walked in with my wife to buy a car since our old car broke down beyond repair a few days ago. We browse around and find one that we are both interested in and is in our budget (£8000). We asked for a test drive and although there is only us and another couple looking around, the salesman told us that we can only test drive it if we are willing to buy the car today or put down a deposit. And then went on to explain why he is not willing to do his job properly. Neither me nor my wife are egotists of any sort but we were really put off by his behaviour. So we simply decided to go elsewhere for a car. Not happy service at all.
