Good range of vehicles and ages....reasonable prices and if the individual company doesn't do credit there is a credit company on site. Offered excellent part ex price even though car I was looking at was only 3500. Also has a cafe and toilets.

I recently bought a vehicle from here and thought I had great choice and competing dealers so would get a good deal. How wrong! The auto park was a mine field of pushy representatives who followed me around, which I really dislike. I in the end bought a cabriolet from a representative whom seemed a lot more professional. However it became obvious that there were faults on the vehicle which lead me to believe the m.o.t certificate could have been false. I no longer have the vehicle and lost £1200. I will buy elsewhere in the future, private buying is best.

Please be aware this does not reflect the whole Autoparc, just one specific dealer on the pitch...My partner and I visited AUTORITE NE in December. Having searched far and wide for a vehicle big enough and safe enough to support our family, we came across the advert for an XC90. The salesman reassured us that they were known for safety and that it was in tip top condition. We left leaving a deposit and arranged collection. That's when the problems started. The pick up was delayed due to MOT failure. The veichle failed on an ABS sensor but we were reassured it was repaired. Not 10 mins after leaving the ABS and Anti Skid warning lights came on. We returned and were again reassured it would be sorted. 5 x now the car has been back to Autorite and still isn't fixed despite several tall tales of none exsistant repairs being done. Due to relying on the car for the children and regular hospital appointments, they gave us a temporary car to use whilst having ours for a 3 day period... This was yet another delight. It was not road worthy and had little to no wear left on the brakes. To make matters worse it was clamped through the night due to being untaxed! On day two the brakes failed whilst my partner was picking up his daughter. The salesmen were genuinely annoyed that the joke of a car they hadnt given us was now in a worse state of repair... I then discovered that they had intended to sell that veichle and it was advertised as being in excellent condition!!! Despite the same warning light returning on the Volvo after a total of 7 days over 4 periods, they refused to refund us and became very unprofessional over the phone and via email. It went back once more and we were promised it was going to a Volvo specialist... Allegedly they concluded there is no issue despite the warning lights being back on! I'm heavily pregnant with triplets which the team at AutoRite knew and relied on having a safe and substantial 7 seater. We are now having to seek repair privately despite an apparent Autorite 3 month warranty which was sold to us at the point of purchase. These cowboys tried to pull a fast one on a very vulnerable customer...Need I say any more...

Bought a car from Autorite (first vendor on the left). Car needed various repairs within a week which is fine as it is a second hand car - £6000 worth however. They don't return calls and have done nothing but fob me off. I will have the last laugh though.
