We needed an accessibility bathroom fitted quickly due to the illness of a family member. We went to H&H due to their reliable reputation. David designed a beautiful bathroom for us, with input from us on tiles and colours, it looked amazing. Literally the only thing we had to do was to strip off wallpaper we had on one wall. The guys came in, stripped out our old bathroom, had everything taken away for us, fitted the new one, cleaned up after themselves, it was such a stress-free, hassle-free experience. It was done in 4 days and when we realised that we needed a different kind of shower door, they came out and changed it for us as soon as they could. We were so happy and impressed with their work we’ve since consulted them with other problems we’ve had around the house. I highly recommend them.

Left with leaky valves!! H&H recently serviced our boiler, I had to pay the full amount (£70) in advance and wait 3 weeks for the soonest appointment, but as they seem to have a good reputation and fitted the boiler in the first place I went along with it. Due to me not knowing I needed to provide the Magnaclean lid spanner the service was not fully completed. I then purchased the spanner and asked them if they would come back to finish the service. They said as a matter of courtesy they would, even though it was part of the service that I had already paid for. I mentioned that I wasn’t sure when the magna clean was last opened and if they carried washers etc, the lady on the phone wasn’t sure so I ordered them from Adey which is a good job as the engineer didn’t have them. When the clean was complete, the valve the engineer opened started to leak, but not to worry as he could come back in 2 days with new valves for £115 or fit a whole new Magnaclean system for £300!!! Thanks H&H but I won’t be recommending or using you ever again! Update: Thanks for your reply below however, as mentioned in my pervious comment the leaking value is on the magna clean isolation valve not the boiler which is fine. the magna clean isolation valve was not leaking before you cleaned it. But well done for trying to pass the blame onto the customer and pointing out that you only fix boilers that don't have any problems!

We had a new kitchen fitted. Wonderful, professional service from start to finish. David the designer was an absolute star and very patient and Graham and the rest of the fitting team did a brilliant job. Very professional and considerate. Thanks everyone
