We spoke to a lady called Michelle who was super helpful. We came home to discuss the pros & cons of the suites we liked & we will be returning to see Michelle as soon as we have made our minds up. First class service & attention from Michelle.
Went in a couple of weeks ago looking for a new sofa service was excellent and with a smile very happy to help. Walked away with a new sofa and was delivered yesterday. Michelle is a credit to the store and thankyou! Especially after having bad service elsewhere!
As a personal shopper and interior designer, I like to look around for what I need. But I was upset when asked, " Are you lost?" when I was asked by an available member of staff. Which was a shame, as her colleague before her, who was already busy with a couple, was truly sincere and welcomed me quite lovely to the store. I will be purchasing the required chair at another store.
Ian , the member of staff who served me, was extremely helpful and efficient and didn’t waste any time showing me just what I’d asked for without being pushy. I would recommend Scs for your furniture needs.
Good sofas, good prices and deals..... Not so good, trying to add £250 insurance I said I didn't want. Good job I was awake
