I've only ever used their online services, but this company definitely wins on that front. Their website is by far the most user friendly of the homeopathic pharmacies, and they are quick to dispatch my orders, important when treating acutes. I also use a lot of LM potencies, and Helios stocks LMs for almost every remedy in the convenient liquid format. They are also the least expensive of the pharmacies, which is a big plus. While they don't have the same range of customisable remedies as Freeman's, or of C potencies as Nelson's, for my needs and money it's Helios.

just checked your site and the video about Helios Family and Customer Service. If Our experience is anything to go buy you have not got a clue about customer service if the person who picks the phone up is so rude and patronising that one is shocked considering you are all Homepaths or at least work in that space. Not financial markets!!!!

All i can say that its unique apothecary for me. It`s very customer oriented, even when things go bad on my part. No problems with the order, fast delivery to Poland and a lot of help. Thank You once more.

Extremely disappointed with the fact if you order 6 items or less the order is processed straight away, if you order more items than 6 the process before dispatch can take several weeks even before it’s processed. Can not understand the logic of how processing 10 small items can justifiably take two more weeks!

One of the best homeopathy clinic in around Visakhapatnam. Doctor very good and patience while listening health condition, and gives right medicine.

I've ordered through Tun. Wells store multiple times and they've been very helpful on the phone every time and stuff comes out v quickly to me.  No complaints apart from I wish was a bit cheaper.  Edit:  I've also now had a couple of very helpful phone chats and purchased from Covent garden store and all was great.

I was extremely impressed in the time and care taken with my order.  I am very grateful for the expertise shared with me and look forward to our next contact.

Helios will always be my first choice for homeopathic remedies, despite the customer service letting us down in the recent months. Our  experiences with the helpline/ remedy ordering line, have been unpleasant and disappointing. They made me wonder whether I am  expecting too much from the 'professionals' who answer the phone to all be compassionate and patient and understanding, despite the fact they chose a path to help others heal. My personal experience and family members' experience of late of communicating with staff in Covent Garden store or the helpline were that they were arrogant, dismissive and impatient, I often felt like I was wasting their time. Perhaps it's just a bad six/ nine month for us when we called, but we certainly miss speaking with the same warm, kind, and helpful staff we used to get. Or perhaps this is something Helios could look into?
