Present health is such a wonderful place. Hot yoga has been a revolution for me! Not only do you feel the warmth from the lovely light clean studio but you feel it more (if thats even possible!) from all the amazing staff and teachers there. Cannot rate highly enough!

Brilliant yoga studio catering for all abilities. Everything is pristine, a welcome change from dusty village halls. Although counterintuitive I always feel really energised after a class. I absolutely love Karin's restorative yoga, a perfect way to end the day.

This is a great yoga studio; the teachers are great, they direct you to help you get into the postures more effectively, looking at development in practice based on what your body is telling you (and them) :) you will feel realigned!
