I went to the eye clinic in Cobridge 19/9/17 my appiontment was at 11-15 me being a very nurvous patient was terrified as I hate anyone fiddling with my eyes. I went in on time, the doctor was very nice I dont know his name but he was thourgh and I was very pleased, he new I was nurvous but he solved my problem which Iv had for some years now, I would like to say a big thank you to him, the staff were also nice . no complaints what so ever...

I'm calling from 8:00 am to keep an apothement for my baby all the time. Nobody lifted my phone. At nine o'clock they picked up the phone and they said, "Sorry, not free for today." How do you not have a free  as it is open from morning  !!! I'm terribly disappointed !!!! This is not the first time I call early in the morning and ignore me with a little baby !!!
