What to say? Quite simply the best agent we have spoken to in Sheffield and we’ve spoken to a lot! We approached them to sell our house and from the moment we spoke they were courteous and helpful but, above all, enthusiastic. There's an energy and a buzz to how they work which is infectious and, I’m sure, is a large part of the reason they've been so successful in the area. Nicola, Jill and Leanne worked tirelessly to help make our experience smooth and hassle free. They were always complimentary about our house whilst giving honest advice about how to present it at its best, taking professional photographs which turned out great.  Their new Flink service helped target exactly the sort of buyers who might be keen on our house and we had a simply staggering number of viewings as a result. They handled the viewings on our behalf and always left the house clean and tidy after. In the end, I am absolutely confident we would not have got close to the offer we received without their help. If anyone was in any doubt over why they should use real agents in an era of online sales, Haybrooks are the best example I can think of – they are quite simply a world apart.

Very helpful staff. Nicola Baines was very professional and we were very happy with how our pictures turned out. Leanne was very polite and willing to help us regarding our sale. Gill Struggles kept us up to date with what was happening with the sale of our property and provided us with useful information. Thanks Haybrooks.

Jill Struggles is amazing, there are at least 6 different estate agents on Woodseats. Not one of them is as proactive as Jill. I’m looking for a place to buy and she is always on the look out for me and keeping me up to date. Thank you Jill

Rebecca and her staff are very enthusiastic which gave us every confidence in them to sell our house and low and behold in a week they have done just that.
